New Construction FC & Sons Roofing, Inc. takes great pride in the involvement of improving the local communities of Southern California working with various construction, and project management companies in the construction of new buildings on re-modernization projects for commercial buildings, shopping centers, and school modernizations. We strive to work together with the building owner and management company to meet with all parties involved prior to the start of the modernization project to insure that interruptions to normal everyday business operations are kept to bare minimum, review Job Hazard Analysis Plans, Injury and Illness Prevention, Designated Parking, Equipment Set Up Areas, Identify key individuals involved in building project, etc. We also take great care to read and review the architects plans and make sure that all work is done according to the specifications of architect.

We also work in conjunction with project management companies and roofing manufactures to make sure that all the roofing work to the new building (s) is done according to roofing manufacture specifications, which includes duration and conditions of manufactures roof warranty. (i.e. 20 year limited on a monolithic roof system). We also work along with other trades involved building and modernization projects such as, electrical, HVAC / mechanical, painters, plumbers, and plasterers to make sure done in a clean, safe, timely and orderly manner according to the management companies schedule of operations
